Established in July 2020, LiFT Supports is dedicated to delivering Innovative and person-centred services to NDIS participants, with a strong focus on regional communities.

Our team is made up of experienced, well trained Support Coordinators who bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to every interaction. Many of us have lived experience – whether as participants, cares, or family members – which gives us a deeper insight into the challenges and triumphs faced by those navigating the NDIS. This unique blend of knowledge and empathy allows us to connect meaningfully, advocate fiercely and tailor our support to what truly matters to you.
